SLB Distribution & Promotion Services Ltd was created in 2002 by myself, Simon Brown. At the time I was distributing leaflets and posters on an ad hoc basis on behalf of DeMontfort Hall in Leicester and the Royal & Derngate Theatre in Northampton.
As I was distributing for just one theatre in each county, so I decided to offer my leaflet distribution services to other similar companies in the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire & Rutland and soon a very reliable display network was developed in these 3 areas that continues unabated to this day.
At present, myself and my small team of dedicated leaflet distributors cover Leicestershire, Northamptonshire & Rutland. We visit over 650 display locations a month, delivering new leaflets & brochures from a wide range of local theatres, attractions and similar companies; all of which want to inform the public of their next event or show in locations the public use whilst going about their daily business, such as cafes, bars, shopping centres together with other similar businesses who want to help promote the arts in their local area.
We offer all of our display locations a free display holder in which to place the material we are distributing, thus keeping the shop or local business looking neat and tidy, as no body wants to see a messy display holder or shop.
Our display holders come in various sizes dependant upon the amount of room available in each display location but all of our holders are branded with the same “Discover More In” logos and only the county name changes dependant upon the county the holder is displayed within; this allows the material in the display holder to have a connection with the public using the holder, by providing a more local feel to the branding.
I also provide free advice on all aspects of our services from the design of your leaflet to ensure that your leaflet design works within our display holders, as well as advising on the number of leaflets to produce for each campaign.
