Over the past three years SLB Distribution has developed a bespoke leaflet tracking system making use of the latest handheld barcode scanning technologies and IT systems to provide the answers to the question of where and when your material was delivered through to the pickup totals of leaflets based on locations and even location types. This information can provide marketing managers with the key management information to inform important decisions such as how many leaflets to produce through to applying for funding from bodies such as the National Lottery and the Arts Council.
The information we collate also allows us to target the right types of display location dependent upon the genre of your material, such as Ballet leaflet, we then look at each display location which are categorize by its type such as a cafe/Italian Cafe and from past experience we can look through our records to discover which locations have better pick up rates for the Ballet leaflets and then target those with proven higher pick up rates and thus not waste your material by sending leaflets to unsuitable locations which have poorer pick up rates.
